ZFS pool datapool made from a VDEV of 3 disks configured as double-parity RAID-Z pool

The files server will host a ZFS pool datapool made from a VDEV of 3 disks configured as double-parity RAID-Z pool. There is a dataset, datapool/home created from the pool. The dataset datapool/home is exported as a NFS share. This is what I have done:

1. zpool create datapool mirror /dev/sdb /dev/sdc /dev/sdd
2. zfs create datapool/doc

I created ZFS with VDEC of 3 disks, and dataset for datapool/doc. I know that RAID can be created by

mdadm --create --verbose /dev/md0 --level=5 --raid-level=3 /dev/sdb /dev/sdc /dev/sdd

but, I am confusing with how to configure VDEV of 3 disks as double-parity RAID-Z pool
