Where Can I Get Help With My New Operating System?

I am creating a new operating system named XeonOS and I would like any help with me creating a useful shell. Just note that this is not meant to be a professional-looking Operating System like Linux, Windows or Apple's MacOSX. This is a hobby-OS.
Now, I don't know if this is off-topic for this website, but nevertheless, I'm still posting it to see if anyone would like to help. Contributions are allowed, but yes (maybe in 10 or so years) I will include a GUI (Too lazy to code one); probably a port of the X Window System for Linux, unless someone out there wants to help me code one.
I've already implemented a basic libc and libk, have a draft soon-to-be wannabe-CShell on Github. following brenns10's shell tutorial. I still need to fully implement it to work with the OS, because I just cannot slap it on the kernel and say done! That just wouldn't work! Anyway, I'm just posting this to say if anyone would like to help me in the development of this operating system, all are welcome.
