wget issue with ftp download - numbering added and No such file ‘0 myfile.tar’

got strange issue with wget and FTP downlaod (FTP is Windows 2012 R2 so IIS 8.5)

when try to FTP download from CentOS wget add Numbers to the listing (or get's it from the index.xml?) but Ubuntu works fine. See below

Working fine: Ubuntu 14.05 with GNU Wget 1.15 built on linux-gnu.

Removed ‘.listing’.

No such file ‘0 scvmmguestagent.1.0.2.1075.x64.tar’.

issue with Windows FTP? or CentOS wget version?
