TRANSFORMER PPROBLEM

IN A STEPUP TRANSFORMER ---> WHEN WE GIVE 20 V TO PRIMARY WINDING AND LET SAY THE CURRENT IN PRIMARY WINDING IS 5 AMPERE AND THE OUTPUT VOLTAGE STEP UP TO 40V BUT CURRENT IN SECONDARY WINDINGS DECREASES LAW OF CONSERVATION V(1)I(1) = V(2)I(2) BUT PROBLEM IS WHEN WE APPLY A RESISTER ACROSS THE SECONDARY TERMINAL CURRENT SHOULD BE INCREASED BY OHMS LAW PLEASE EXPLAIN ME WHAT EXACTLY HAPPEN HERE
