SQL Server 2008R2 SP3 c0000005 EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION

I’ve problem with database on sql server 2008 R2 SP3 (10.50.6560.0).

After I run query

SELECT 
    *
FROM sys.assemblies

I’ve this error:

Msg 0, Level 11, State 0, Line 0 A severe error occurred on the current command. The results, if any, should be discarded. Msg 0, Level 20, State 0, Line 0 A severe error occurred on the current command. The results, if any, should be discarded.

After I use WinDbg with dumped file. In WinDbg after load file i used this command

And the result of this command:

Error exists only on one database, other databases on this server works. I want to migrate this database on Server 2012 but can't restore this database on SQL Server 2012.

Can someone bring me a solution for this problem?
