Selling my map data via an API Service? Copyright problems?

My previous business sadly went under the bus and we had to close. However what we had leftover was a database of just over 1.5million address in Ireland.

We obtained this data by paying a freelancer to go through google maps and individually map each address which we where working at.

I am interested in providing an API service to some customers who need this data but are unable to obtain it due to costs associated with that kind of volume of queries.

If i was to do this, would i have problems with Google or another authority for providing irish post codes and address? I assume no body can copyright an address? Isn't that public information?
