Multiple ports open for single HTTPS connection

I'm trying to diagnose why my connection to a certain site is intermittently slow. I've done a bunch of things, mostly using Developer options in my browser to look at which resources might be taking unusually long to load. One thing I did was run netstat just to see what was there. I'm not a networking expert by any means, so I'm curious why I have all of these ports open for this single site? Thanks in advance for any information.
