i need to update armature after change bone location inside a loop, without using scene updates

If i change a pose bone location on a script, it doesn't just update the rest of the bones. I've tried using bpy.context.scene.frame_set and bpy.context.evaluated_depsgraph_get() but those are bottlenecks, im inside a loop i cant avoid. I need a way to get the location of the bones of an armature just after changing one armature's bone location.
