How to share memory in realtime onto a web app

I have a C++ application producing a nice bunch of data every frame (30, 60, 144,...). I would like to create a web app to observe some of those data and keep it up to date as best as possible. The C++ producer can run on any machine on a local network and the web service shall be runnable on a second device.

I already looked at things like NoSQL DBs with very nice stream and "Pub/Sub" features. And I like to use it to temporarily hold the data available to the web service. But how can I feed, f.e. this NoSQL DB instance, with data from 'outside'?

Or am I on a completely wrong approach?
