How do I get dSYM files for iTunes for Instruments analysis?

I'm helping a friend investigate poor iTunes performance and asked him to gather an Instruments profile. It captures iTunes using ~100% of CPU but symbols are missing for iTunes. How do I download dSYM files for iTunes?

It didn't copy from the Instruments GUI when pasting above, but next to each of those unresolved addresses, Instruments shows "iTunes" to the right.

I tried it on my local machine with the iTunes Music app, and I see the same issue of unresolved symbols.

Is there no equivalent on Apple to the Microsoft Symbol Server for Windows?
