Embedding html to my navbar templates

I am trying to create an hamburger menu on a template from scratch for mobile.

  <div id="heading">
    <a href="#main-menu"
    id="main-menu-toggle"
    class="menu-toggle"
    aria-label="Open main menu">
    <span class="sr-only">Open main menu</span>
    <span class="fa fa-bars" aria-hidden="true"></span>
</a>
    <a href="<?php echo $this->baseurl ?>/index.php"> <img src="<?php echo JURI::root();?>images/rsz_logo15.png"></a>
        <jdoc:include type="modules" name="top" />
        <a href="#main-menu-toggle"
    class="backdrop"
    tabindex="-1"
    aria-hidden="true" hidden></a>
</div>

So I am able to create div and put things around my modules but I want to but exemple an new html tag in my navigation bar. Is there any way to do that?

<a href="#main-menu-toggle"
   id="main-menu-close"
   class="menu-close"
   aria-label="Close main menu">
  <span class="sr-only">Close main menu</span>
  <span class="fa fa-close" aria-hidden="true"></span>
</a>

I would like to put this in my nav tag
