comment out several lines

Is there a way to coment out several lines in the following way?

\documentclass[11pt, a4paper]{scrartcl}
\begin{document}

Text text text
\begin{some comment}
something that should be commented out again
\end{some comment}

more text
\begin{some comment}
something that should be commented out again
\end{some comment}

\end{document}

But I do not want to use the \iffalse here every time, instead, later when I do not need these several lines, I would like to specify only once somewhere that I do not need these specific lines, with some command. Is there such possibility?
