Annotated linguistic resource for grammar, syntax and morphology

I stumbled upon this site (link) that have made a full syntax tree (annotated linguistic resource for grammar, syntax and morphology) of an Arabic text:

Is their a package/similar approach to annotate text with LaTeX where you define some (a) word classes with unique patterns/colours and (b) automatically generate the arrows from pre-defined structure of grammar, syntax and morphology in one/more language(s)?

Thanks
